How many times have you found a site and started surfing around only to feel like you walked in on a big meeting and have no idea what's going on or how to get up to speed? Hopefully that won't be the case at Tornado Alley. This page will be your guide to figuring out how to develop a disaster plan for your family with some semblance of order. As you probably know, there are millions of pages of personal preparedness material scattered all over the web like so much paper after a pro football game.

The following guides will give you a step-by-step process for making this work. Don't be afraid to divvy up the assignments to members of your family. Everyone will have to become an expert at something. Use the skills you have right in front of you! As you complete the basics you will want to use the Library to dig deeper on certain issues that apply to your unique circumstances.
